Ashley St Clair Launches Podcast, Says She’s Getting Evicted Amid Elon Musk Child Support Dispute
New Delhi, 20 August 2025 — American commentator and influencer Ashley St Clair has officially launched a new podcast at the peak of her public dispute with tech billionaire Elon Musk. In the middle of her ongoing child-support and paternity battle with Elon Musk, St Clair released the first episode of Bad Advice with Ashley St Clair on X and immediately drew attention due to her latest claim: “I’m getting evicted.”
Launching a Show During a Battle with Elon Musk
St Clair opened her debut episode by describing the last year of her life as a complete “career suicide”. She joked that the controversy surrounding her and Musk has created a “legal gap” in her résumé that no employer wants to touch — which is why she has chosen to turn her real-life drama with Musk into a podcast series.
According to St Clair, the situation became even more difficult after child support payments were allegedly reduced by Elon Musk. She claimed that the billionaire originally provided consistent monthly financial support, but drastically lowered the amount recently, directly leading to her current eviction notice.
“Also, I’m Getting Evicted”
Towards the end of her first episode, the 26-year-old addressed her financial problems in a blunt and emotional tone. “Also, I’m getting evicted,” she said, pointing to the decline in support she says she receives from Musk. She added that, unless something changes, she might soon be recording future episodes from “a parking lot”.
(Page Six first broke the story on August 20, calling it “one of the strangest fallouts in tech-celebrity history involving Musk”.)
A $10,000 Lifeline While Fighting Elon Musk
St Clair said her only current source of income is a $10,000 sponsorship from Polymarket, which she received so she could feature them in the opening podcast episode. She claims the ad money is “the only reason I still have a roof over my head” while she prepares for the next legal hearing with Musk.
Is Elon Musk the Father of Romulus?
The legal dispute began earlier this year when St Clair revealed that Musk is, according to her, the father of her son Romulus. She alleged that Musk previously attempted to reach a private agreement by offering her $15 million in exchange for silence — an offer she says she rejected.
Meanwhile, Musk has acknowledged that he provided financial support in the past (reportedly $2.5 million in total and annual payments of $500,000), but he maintains that paternity has not been formally confirmed.
St Clair claims that after she refused the private agreement, Musk reduced her monthly support to $20,000, which she says is not enough to meet childcare and medical expenses. The next court hearing involving Elon Musk is scheduled for late September 2025.
Political Humour — with Elon Musk Still at the Centre
Although the podcast includes political satire and jokes about MAGA officials, the entire narrative ultimately comes back to Elon Musk. At one point, St Clair compared a MAGA official’s recent injury to the “mental trauma” she experiences whenever she receives a legal notice connected to Elon Musk.
A Cautionary Tale of Getting Involved with Elon Musk
According to St Clair, her podcast is not an attempt at revenge, but rather a “cautionary tale” about getting involved with powerful billionaires like Elon Musk. She says she hopes listeners learn from her mistakes — particularly those who think that having a powerful partner automatically guarantees financial security.
What Happens Next?
For now, St Clair’s legal battle with Elon Musk continues, and her financial stability remains uncertain. While some listeners have praised her honesty, others have accused her of using the Elon Musk controversy to gain attention and create a viral podcast.
In her closing remarks, St Clair admitted that the entire situation may look “dramatic” from the outside, but insisted that it is her “real life”, shaped by her relationship with Elon Musk and the consequences that followed. “Whether people believe me or not, this is my truth — and yes, Elon Musk is absolutely part of it.”
